We offer digital marketing services, including Meta ads, lead generation, and client management tools. All services provided are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Campaign Setup: We will set up and manage advertising campaigns as agreed upon with the client.
Lead Generation: We aim to provide qualified leads as outlined in the project scope, but results may vary.
Client Portal: You will have access to a Client Portal to track the progress of your campaigns and view lead information.
Payment Schedule: Payments for our services are due at the beginning of each month, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Late Payments: If payments are not received within 3 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made.
Refunds: Our services are performance-based, and refunds will only be issued if we fail to meet the standard lead volume as agreed in writing AND it is no fault of the Client. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the campaign ending.
Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business, including any branding guidelines, offers, and target audience details necessary to run your campaigns effectively.
Cooperation: Timely communication and approvals are required from you to ensure the success of the campaigns.
Ad Account Access: You will provide us with access to your Meta ad accounts and any necessary platforms (e.g., CRM) to integrate services.
While we make every effort to deliver optimal results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as a certain number of leads or sales). The success of digital marketing campaigns can depend on several factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, and client responsiveness.
Client Portal Access: You will be given access to a Client Portal to track campaign progress. This portal is for your use only and should not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Data Protection: We comply with applicable data protection regulations. Any personal information collected through the portal or during the course of our services will be used solely for the purposes of running and improving your campaigns.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
No Warranties: We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
Termination by Client: You may terminate our services at any time with 30 days' notice in writing. Any outstanding fees or invoices must be settled before termination.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including failure to make timely payments or provide necessary information.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Medford, Oregon.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
